The Bialowieza Forest should be promoted as the biggest tourist attraction of Poland and Europe. 

The goals are cross-border cooperation, regional development through Promotion of tourism, ecological protection of nature, expansion of the National Park to the whole Białowieża Forest, creation of more jobs and prevention of youth emigration, better quality of life.

Siemianówka Lagoon is a great place with an amphitheater, a camping area, a bathing area, sports fields, water sports (kayaks, water bikes, sailing boats) and trips to the surroundings. 

Poland and the region of Podlasie are examples of untapped potential of tourism and natural resources and illegal local government activities, regional resources and social situation. The Bialowieza Forest and other natural places - Europe's biggest tourist attractions across Europe and sustainable development programs are neglected in the activities of the authorities, the development of the regional economy, the elimination of unemployment, the resolution of unjustified conflicts such as delays in widening the National Park to the entire Białowieża Forest area. The economic crisis in the region is hampering the development of tourism in the municipalities of the area, which could make money on the expansion of the park, more tourists.
